The 1997 Israeli Court Case
The following articles deal with the legal petition submitted by Jonathan Pollard to the Israeli High Court of Justice in 1997. The government attempted to ban publication of the details of the petition, but the ban was denied by the High Court.
On May 12, 1998, the Israeli Government publicly acknowledged Jonathan Pollard as a bona fide Israeli agent and accepted full responsibility for him.
