Tirosh: US Officials Admit Pollard's Sentence Excessive

lack of proportionality

in the non-ongoing imprisonment of Jonathan Pollard.

In the article, Tirosh quotes U.S. government security officials who say that the punishment imposed on Pollard was excessive and that it's time to release him.
