Court rejects Pollard petition against Eitan
The Jerusalem Post - November 13, 2006
The High Court of Justice on Monday rejected the petition of convicted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard and his wife Esther, against the ministerial appointment of GIL Chairman Rafi Eitan.
The Pollards had claimed that the appointment would anger the US and thereby jeopardize the spy's chances of being released.
The High Court ruled that Pollard failed to prove his claim that Eitan had activated him and abandoned him when he was exposed.
