#1 Rally for Pollard

These days it is very difficult to get people to the streets unless you can cover the considerable costs of bus charters and considerable advertising - and still there is no guarantee of a turnout. That's why it was so impressive when close to 2,000 attended a recent rally for Jonathan Pollard in Jerusalem.

If such activity snowballs it has the potential to put Pollard's plight in its rightful place on the national agenda. And with things heating up here there is no telling how the release of Pollard could fit into the puzzle.

Next Wednesday, June 4 at 3:00 P.M., there will be a massive prayer rally for Jonathan Pollard at the Western Wall. The rally has such important potential that Pollard's own wife, Esther, is actively involved in organizing it. I urge you to come out and show them your support.

J4JP adds:

The Massive Prayer Rally for Jonathan Pollard will take place at the Kotel on 4 June 2003 at 3 P.M. It will be led by His Eminence HaRav Mordecai Eliyahu, former Chief Rabbi of Israel, and Jonathan Pollard's rav.
