We are attorneys for Jonathan Pollard.

We write to direct your attention to a motion for resentencing we have filed with the Court on Mr. Pollard's behalf. I enclose a copy of the papers, which set out the factual and legal grounds for vacating the sentence.

In light of the President's ongoing review of this matter, we would appreciate an opportunity to meet directly with the President so that we can explain why a grant of clemency or similar executive relief would also be appropriate.
