Jonathan Pollard's Attorney: 'No more kangaraoo court!'

  • Tells Clinton he must allow Pollard to defend himself against false accusers.
  • Asks Clinton for the right to see materials against Pollard.
  • Asks for "the right to rebut untruths, and distortions and gross misrepresentations of the truth" promoted by the Justice, Intelligence and Defense departments, who have vested interests in the Pollard case.
