Dear Mr. President:

I am writing to express my support for the parole of Jonathan Pollard.

As you know, Mr. Pollard's life sentence is far greater than many others imprisoned for espionage. I agree with many of my constituents who feel that Mr. Pollard has served an appropriate sentence for his crime and should be paroled. Moreover, I urge you to consider other possibilities for Mr. Pollard's release, including participation in a "spy swap."
