The record reflects that the defendant has filed two motions in this matter to which the Government has not yet responded. For good cause shown, it is hereby accordingly

ORDERED

that the government shall file a response to the defendant's motion for Modification of the Court's January 12, 2001 Memorandum Order based upon the Government's August 3, 2001 letter (#40) within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.

It is further

ORDERED

that the government shall file a response to the defendant's motion for Reconsideration of the Court's August 7, 2001 memorandum Opinion and Judgment or for issuance of a certificate of appealability (#44) within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.
