This matter comes before the Court on defendant's motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
Upon consideration of defendant's motion and of the record in this case, the Court determines that it would benefit from a response by the government and thus requests the the government file a response to the instant motion.
See 28 U.S.C, § 2255.
Accordingly, it is by the Court on this 12th day of October 2000,
ORDERED, that the government shall submit a proposed date for the filing of its response to defendant's § 2255 motion within 14 days of the date of this Order.
